This strategy is composed of three related projects:
* MICA's web redesign
* Upgrades of MICA's administrative systems
* Building new models for supporting technology

MICA Connected has been rolling along in the months after our CS and Portal 9.0 upgrades. Faculty submitted on-line grades for in December, students have been paying bills online and HR is releasing self service components to staff, faculty and students.
While running the upgrade scripts for CS 9.0 took just under 30 hours, we spent the majority of our time doing all the other upgrade tasks:
Twenty eight hours and sixteen minutes is how long it took to finish running upgrade scripts and have our initial 9.0 Campus Solutions database.
We had some very minor issues with the speed of backups which made this part of the process about five hours longer than it could have been. But we're still about six hours ahead of schedule.
